After normal business hours or on weekends and holidays, our clients can have travel arrangements made or changed from anywhere in the world, 365 days a year, through Montrose Travel’s toll-free Worldwide Platinum 24-Hour Service.
AGENT24 is an independent service provider, however in order to offer this service to our clients with confidence, we subject AGENT24's agents to the same standards of quality that we expect from our own agents. Each reservation or interaction with our after-hours service is documented, and the traveler contacted personally to ensure satisfaction with his or her experience.
AGENT24 has access to each of Montrose Travel’s records and individual profiles to ensure accuracy and quality service when after-hour reservations are made. This includes company policies, preferences and contracts.

Credit Card Programs
Having researched a number of different credit card programs, Montrose Travel can show you how to earn interest on your travel dollars by allowing you to use your money for up to 60 days while ensuring yourself against airline bankruptcy at the same time.
Consolidated card programs today pay for employee travel services, but more importantly, the cards can generate complete data that can help measure policy compliance, secure preferred rates, simplify reconciliation, carry insurance, and provide management reporting.
For years, travel agencies have tried to pass a description of specific travel charges through to various credit card companies so an abbreviated explanation will appear on a client’s credit card statement. Montrose Travel was the first travel agency to have achieved this goal by writing a unique software program enabling us to process charges for our clients and pass a detailed descriptor.
Credit Card Reconciliation Services
Having trouble reconciling your monthly credit card statement? Spending too much time researching which department to post each travel expense to, which employee the travel expense belongs to, or who authorized the purchase of the travel expense?

Credit Card reconciliation is a unique service and additional benefit we offer our clients allowing better management of travel budget and expenses. We provide a report of reconciled and unreconciled charges with an explanation of each charge for the unreconciled items so you don’t have to guess what they are for or spend hours making phone calls to get an explanation of the charge.
Our custom credit card reconciliation reports include all the data that your monthly credit card statement has plus more important information such as the department number that each travel expense charge should be posted to. The data comes directly from the corporate credit card statement; therefore the data we provide in the credit card reconciliation report is 100% accurate and balances to the monthly total listed on your credit card statement.
Three levels of reconciliation is available:

This is a brief description of the insurance benefits and travel services provided. Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa., a Pennsylvania Insurance Company (NAIC #19445), currently authorized to transact business in all states and the District of Columbia. The Policy will contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. All coverages may not be available in all states. Travel Services are provided by Travel Guard Assist.
