Montrose Travel agents participate in ongoing training to ensure that they are experts in providing solutions for a changing industry. They are regularly tested on new policies and technologies and are given additional training when necessary. Customer service is measured by a number of client response mechanisms as well as recording "Mystery Caller" tests to evaluate customer interaction. Mandatory weekly staff meetings are to ensure that pertinent information and hot industry topics reach all agents.
