Montrose Corporate Travel - Experience

Experience

Implementation: As Easy as 1-2-3

Step 1 - Data Gathering

  • Gather as much information available about your current travel spend, travel patterns and preferences.
  • Collect all current policies and contracts for review to establish authorization process, and control requirements (for both online and offline reservations).
  • Determine technological and reporting needs.
  • Obtain a list of all travelers, coordinators and office locations, including contact information
  • Train our corporate travel agents on company policy and standards.

Step 2 - Installation and Training

  • Welcome packets containing information on Montrose Travel and the products we offer, as well as travel profile request forms, are mailed or delivered to your offices.
  • Upon receipt of your travelers' profiles, their travel data is entered into our system, and each traveler will receive a welcome call and introduction from their primary corporate travel agents.
  • Training is provided by your Montrose Travel team at all of your office locations, to familiarize your travelers with our products and our business travel services.

Step 3 - LAUNCH!

  • Travelers begin using our business travel services.
  • Any necessary follow-up training and technical support are coordinated.
  • Regular reviews are scheduled with your account managers to ensure a smooth transition.
