This person will learn your travelers. He or she will get to know their flight patterns, their preferences, and probably even the names of their kids. They will become an expert in your company, your cultures and your policies.
This account assignment and management process ensures that we will always be there for you, ready and available when you contact us, and that your travelers will always find a familiar voice at the other end of the phone. This approach also helps to ensure that we offer a proper personality match to each of your callers.
